As the IT Support Technician, you are the first point of contact for County and Municipal staff technical assistance requests.
- Technical Support: Handle multiple support requests for hardware and software, troubleshoot, resolve and document support tickets.
- Project Collaboration: Work alongside other Corporate Services Information Technology staff members on various projects and requests, while balancing changing tasks and deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Utilize your technical expertise to problem solve issues as they arise, while also leveraging your attention to detail and efficiency to effectively work through support tickets.

- Our non-negotiables: You have a diploma or degree in Computer Technology or a related field, and a valid Class G driver's license, with a clean driver's abstract.
