Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. This role is responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The ideal candidate is upbeat, efficient, and passionate about great drinks and great hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and seasonal specialty beverages to recipe standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and guest areas.
• Restock inventory including syrups, coffee beans, milk, cups, and to-go supplies.
• Monitor product quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Support teammates during busy hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required—training available.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling ability.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
