Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate transportation and service schedules for our HVAC and plumbing operations in the DC and Maryland area. This role is vital in ensuring timely service delivery and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for service technicians and delivery teams.
• Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and vehicle logs.
• Maintain daily work schedule of service calls and installations.
• Track all call back and warranty calls.
• Process part and equipment warranties and returns.
• Register equipment for customers after installation.
• Monitor fleet performance and report issues promptly.
• Support logistics planning to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Proven experience in dispatching or transportation coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
