Appliance Installation Technician

Hiring an Appliance Installer. Must have knowledge and experience in installing appliances such as ovens, range hoods, dishwashers. Must have clean driving record. Experience with LP Conversions and installation of gas appliances and experience with hand tools, power tools and phone apps.

Provide excellent customer service and communication.

Duties:

• Install and set up various equipment and appliances in residential locations

-Custom work to make appliances fit in customers homes (cabinet cuts, granite counter top cuts, building support shelfs, LP conversions, build out studs, install gas shut off valves, angle stops, outlets, etc..)

• Follow installation instructions and schematics to ensure proper installation

• Use company box truck/van to transport equipment to job sites

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

• Experience as a service technician or installer

• Experience with plumbing fixtures

• Familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams

• Ability to operate a box truck/van for transportation of equipment

• Experience with appliances, electrical, and gas

• Proficient in electrical work and troubleshooting

-Proficient with gas appliances

• Experience in equipment repair, appliance repair or similar field is beneficial

• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients

• Have phone to download apps needed for jobs

This position requires the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environments and travel to different job sites. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

$21.00 per hour during training then switches to Piece rate pay per job plus commission.
