Storage Facility Site Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Storage Facility Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage site. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management, maintenance, and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a proactive approach to facility management. As the Site Manager, you will coordinate teams, oversee equipment performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards to support seamless storage operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure all storage facility equipment and infrastructure operate at peak performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical components using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Oversee the management of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial control systems to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Monitor facility safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and conducting regular inspections of electrical wiring, HVAC units, and mechanical systems.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, or expansions with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using CMMS software.
• Supervise staff performance, provide training on safety procedures, technical skills such as ohmmeter usage, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills

• Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with strong leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring (including high voltage and low voltage), mechanical systems, schematics, and industrial control devices.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms for maintenance planning and record keeping.
• Strong understanding of facilities management principles including safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management skills to coordinate upgrades or repairs efficiently.
• Proficiency in English communication for clear documentation and team coordination.
• Supervising experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to use testing tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical diagnostics. Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
