The Boeing CompanyThe Business Performance and Integration organization is seeking a BCA Senior Change Management Project Specialist to lead our Production Change Management process and application solutions working within a highly motivated Business Performance and Integration team. This role will focus on working with our development team by leading the Change Management requirements gathering, testing, training and deployment of BCA Production Change Management solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.
- Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.
- Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.
- Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
- Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience change management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with project schedules, requirements documentation, integration of all logistics elements, training, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
- Experience working with BCA Change Management processes, applications, and architecture solutions.
- Experience with partnering with Program customers, IT and team members to deliver BCA configuration Change Management products and services

Summary pay range : $155,000 - $167,000
