We are committed to providing our guests with a great dining experience, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. Must have weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
• Assist in managing food costs and inventory
• Assist with ordering food supplies and kitchen materials
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to train and supervise staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bonus if you have prepared food / catered before
