The Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown Minneapolis is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Night Auditor.

The main responsibilities of this position include: To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner Night Audit responsibilities achieving timeliness, accuracy of information, and guest satisfaction and security of the building as required by the brand and Hawkeye Hotels.

Security Guard

Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any security breaches
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:
- Proficient in CCTV surveillance systems and alarm monitoring
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and other emergency response procedures
- Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
