Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Officer with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Florida. We have currently have an opening in our Nutley, NJ location.

Schedule: Sunday 3pm-11pm , Wednesday 11pm-7am , Thursday 11pm-7am , Saturday 3pm-11pm

Pay: $18.00

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. 
• Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management
• Responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services as needed
• Becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons.
• Performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Knowing the facility / building policies and procedures; enforce them within the limits of the position
• Investigating and preparing reports on accidents, suspicious activities and incidents as well as following established emergency procedures
• Maintaining a professional demeanor when assisting residents, visitors, and guests
• Monitoring alarms and systems

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER's License

• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
