Front Office Dental Receptionist

Position: Orthodontic Receptionist - Entry Level – Full Time

The Braces Place at Lynn is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Orthodontic practice. The position would be focused on patient scheduling, communication, and daily operational office flow. As an added bonus this position will also include cross training as a Dental Assistant in Orthodontics.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Portuguese & English or Spanish & English)
• Able to acquire certifications in CPR & Radiology after hire

Qualifications:

• Welcoming Customer service experience
• Experience with basic administrative functions (fax, file, email, phone, and schedule)
• Comfortable with multitasking in a fast paced environment
• Clear and friendly telephone skills
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic presence

Responsibilities:

• Nurture patient to office relations
• Cultivate patient to clinical communication as a team
• Greet patients with a warm and friendly smile for check-in and check-out
• Coordinate scheduling and appointment confirmation
• Accurately verify insurance benefits
• Maintain meticulous patient records
• Uphold strict compliance to HIPPA
• Properly collect patient payments
• Responsible for office Cleanliness
• Perform other related job duties as assigned
• Overall provide best patient care

Experience is not necessary but is a plus We are willing to train the right candidate
