Same Day Pay

7 AM- 3 PM

3 PM- 11 PM

11 PM- 7 AM

$3 PIB

$1 Shift Diff evening and night

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for FT

$32-$41 an hour

Responsibilities of LPN:

  • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
  • Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
  • Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey
  • Ability to work with multiple patients at once
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
  • LTC/SNF experience is strongly preferred
