• Proven experience working in a restaurant kitchen, preferably as a line cook

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work station

• Ensure all dishes are prepared promptly and to the highest standards

• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
