Professional Sales Advocate ( Door 2 Door Sales) – Scrubbed Spotless

Location: Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Mesa, Chandler Heights, Arizona

Compensation: Commission-based + Bonuses

About the Role: Scrubbed Spotless is seeking a driven Sales Professional to join our expanding door-to-door sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers across local neighborhoods, offering services such as professional window cleaning, screen repair, and power washing. You'll work in a team, handling your own area and knocking on doors.

Pay Structure:

• 15% commission on sales from $0–$2,000
• 20% commission on sales from $2,100–$3,000
• 25% commission on sales $3,100+
• Additional $5 bonus per 5-star review mentioning your name
• Training provided
• Mileage reimbursement under consideration

Schedule:

• Flexible structure: choose between 5 x 8-hour days or 4 x 10-hour days (40 hours total)
• Optional overtime or day-off trade
• Door-to-door work across assigned neighborhoods

Tools & Support:

• Use of SalesRabbit CRM for territory planning and tracking
• Company-branded gear (shirts, hats, vests, beanies)
• Use of Jobber as our CRM for customer information & sending quotes.

Requirements:

• Must provide own transportation
• Background check required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Comfortable with door knocking and outside sales
