Position: Captain / Server | Front of the House

Responsibilities

• Provide refined, attentive service to every guest
• Guide guests through menu items, wines, and signature cocktails
• Maintain a clean and organized section with fine-dining standards
• Communicate clearly with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff, and management
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
• Complete side work, opening/closing duties, and uphold restaurant standards

Requirements

• Two + years of serving experience (fine dining preferred)
• Strong wine, cocktail, and food knowledge—or willingness to learn
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in high-volume service
• Hawaii Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain
• Minimum three shift required
