About the role

As a senior member of the Marketing team and reporting directly to our CMO, you are expected to become a driving force in the growth of the company. Using your deep knowledge of strategy, execution, and analysis with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, you will work on a multitude of projects spanning from PPC to Email and far beyond.

Detail activities of this role include:

Paid Digital Advertising:

  • Driving multi-platform ads campaigns with a focus on leads and revenue generation from ideation, to producing/sourcing creatives and refining based on analysis.
  • Experimenting and reporting on variants in creatives, attribution models, customer segments, and more at scale.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Integrating data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, GA4, Merchant Center, and ad platforms) to create a comprehensive view of customer interactions and marketing performance.
  • Generating comprehensive reports and data visualizations using tools like Google Data Studio to present key performance metrics and actionable insights.

Email & SMS Marketing:

  • Owning various forms of inbound campaigns, from sales promotions to welcome flows, and working with internal and external partners to optimize performance.
  • Synthesizing the copy, design, and targeting of these communications for maximum effectiveness and brand accuracy.

CRO and Web Improvements:

  • Leveraging tools like Optimizely and Hotjar to conduct and analyze A/B tests to improve website user flows and conversion rates.
  • Innovating the website experience to constantly remain at the forefront of what's possible, but prioritizing what's necessary, in the pursuit of converting visitors.

AI and Automations:

  • Super-powering the marketing work via an intimate understanding of what AI can do, while remaining ultimately responsible for all generated output.
  • Creating architecture for automations that allow our communications and services to reach their vast potential.

  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to drive projects, large and small, from ideation to completion by successfully requesting, gathering and driving relevant stakeholders and resources.
  • Analytical Mindset: You understand that the difference between an idea and a good idea is in the testing and analysis. You possess strong analytical skills, and are able to extract insights from complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Persistent Innovator: You have a curiosity for new marketing technologies and industry trends, with a particular focus on the opportunities and challenges with AI. You are constantly seeking to expand your knowledge, while remaining equally curious to understand user behavior on an individual level and at scale.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to work efficiently and get your message through to any audience – internal or external.

Experience in CRMs as well as ads platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and others is essential.
