Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to high standards of cleanliness. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies are low
• Ensure all surfaces are disinfected according to health standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents

Experience

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
