NANA Healthcare Management, LLC is a dynamic and growing organization comprised of 8+ entities focused on mental health and addiction treatment. Ownership and employees are united by a passion for enabling true healing in the lives of patients and their families. We provide a continuum of services across multiple levels of care - from residential and intensive outpatient treatment to community-based programs - with an emphasis on clinical excellence, compassion, and long-term recovery.

Our culture is collaborative, mission-driven, and grounded in the belief that every individual deserves access to high-quality, evidence-based care delivered with empathy and respect.

About the Role
This role is for Hidden Creek Wellness Retreat - A high-acuity, adolescent residential treatment program dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care for youth facing behavioral health challenges. We specialize in helping adolescents ages 11–17 overcome issues such as trauma, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, aggression, depression, and anxiety. Our team is driven by compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and growth-oriented environment for both our clients and staff.

The Primary Therapist is a key member of our clinical team responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents receiving residential treatment. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic, high-acuity environment and values creativity, teamwork, and growth. Primary Therapists work closely with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, facilitate family involvement, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care.
