The International Arena League is dedicated to delivering an electrifying arena football experience that unites fans across the U.S., U.K., and Canada. With 12 teams competing in a 14-game regular season, followed by an intense playoff tournament and championship, our mission is to grow the tradition of arena football while introducing exciting rule innovations that enhance the pace, energy, and entertainment value of the game. B to B Responsibilities
- Conduct B to B outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and build rapport.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer requirements and present suitable technology products or services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within the technology or technical sales sectors.
- Skilled in telemarketing techniques, including warm calling and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written—enabling clear articulation of product benefits and technical details.
- Customer service-oriented mindset focused on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes with confidence and professionalism.
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales enablement strategies.
