We are a local, family-owned and operated company with 11 locations across the North Texas community that sell feed, pet food, and lawn and garden supplies. We have been in business for over 25 years and pride ourselves on delivering our signature customer service for anyone who walks through our doors.

We are looking to grow our Assistant Manager team across multiple locations with responsible, personable, and motivated individuals who are looking for a long-term career.

Our Assistant Store Managers (Keyholders), typically work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with some overtime opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing a store
• Daily sales paperwork and deposit runs
• Inventory management
• Keeping all staff busy and on task
• Managing staff and writing up employees when necessary
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Resolving any customer issues
• Sound product knowledge

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred, College a plus

Skills

Customer Service

Fundamental computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Point of Sale experience)

Knowledge of products (livestock, pet, lawn & garden) preferred

Forklift and propane experience preferred
