Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in restaurant management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including overseeing the kitchen, food production, catering, bar, and coffee service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in restaurant management
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales, inventory, and customer data
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on kitchen operations and team management
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with catering services and barista skills is a plus
