Supply Chain Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain & Production Analyst to support and optimize our wholesale operations. This role focuses on inventory control, cost optimization, and financial risk management, while ensuring timely and efficient production across global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage supply chain operations with a focus on inventory control, cost efficiency, and financial risk.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and reconcile inventory data.
• Maintain and update vendor production schedules.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories and suppliers to track production and resolve issues.
• Support weekly production meetings with data insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, planning, testing, compliance, logistics) to align supply chain strategies with financial goals.
• Assist in process planning and business analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Tableau or Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Managerial Economics and Business Statistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the consumer products or wholesale industry.
• Experience with ERP systems is a major plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80, $85,000.00 per year
