Surgical Technician

Duties:

-We are seeking a OR Technologist to join our team. The OR Technologist will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring the operation room is adequately equipped, and maintaining a sterile environment.

• Set up a sterile and sanitary environment, and maintain the sterile field for the patient during procedures.
• Maintains standards for scrubbing, gowning, gloving and aseptic technique.
• Performs sponge, needle and instrument counts in an accurate manner with circulating nurse.
• Follow relevant safety, sanitation and infection control guidelines.
• Participate in inventory of products, stocking and restocking medical supplies.
• Inspect, replace, clean and sterilize medical instruments.
• Keeps current with operating room techniques, procedures, instruments, supplies and equipment.

Experience:
- One year OR experience

-Office Based ASC
