Duties

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to uphold sanitation standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning foods
• Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared items
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Buss tables by clearing dishes, resetting tables quickly to prepare for the next guests
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods and special events

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards is a plus
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
