Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help patients with rehabilitation, injury prevention, and improving overall physical health. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.

2. Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and guidance to improve patients' strength, mobility, and overall physical health.

3. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

4. Educate patients on how to prevent future injuries and maintain good physical health.

5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

2. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
