Job Overview
Peer Connect LLC is seeking a dependable and welcoming Front Desk Associate to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is essential in maintaining a professional, business-casual, and harm-reduction–oriented environment that supports individuals at all stages of recovery.
The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, comfortable working in a recovery-focused setting, and familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems—specifically Reliatrax.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Hospitality
- Greet clients, prospective clients, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Support a respectful, nonjudgmental, harm-reduction environment
- Prepare fresh coffee daily and restock supplies
- Prepare fruit-infused water (with added sugar as directed) and stock bottled water
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
Client Check-In & EHR Support
- Assist with accurate client check-ins using Reliatrax
- Support coaches and office staff by ensuring clients are properly logged when on-site
- Communicate arrivals and flow updates to staff as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Administrative & Communication
- Answer incoming calls and carry the office phone when away from the desk
- Check and respond to voicemail/messages daily
- Assist with light administrative tasks as assigned
Facility & Closing Duties
- Empty the water dispenser daily
- Take out trash and place inside for cleaning crew pickup
- Ensure all doors are locked before leaving
- Turn off television and complete end-of-day checks
Qualifications
- Experience with EHR systems (Reliatrax preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow daily routines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a recovery-oriented, peer-led environment
- Alignment with harm-reduction principles and Peer Connect's mission
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift light to moderate-weight items
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
