• Associate Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new stock as necessary.
• Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Budget management

• Education: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is essential.
• Skills: Strong Leadership, organizational and communication skills are necessary. Attention to detail and proficiency in housekeeping management Property Management system are also important.
