Role Description

This is a
full-time, in-house position
for an
experienced litigation support operator
located in
Century City, Los Angeles, CA
.

The ideal candidate is
fully proficient with LAW software
and will be responsible for a wide range of litigation support production tasks, including but not limited to:

• Blowback printing using LAW software
• OCR processing, EBS, PDF conversion, and Tiffing
• Email processing and document organization
• Scanning and document imaging using LAW software
• Tagging blowbacks for color and black & white
• Assembling trial binders and other court-ready materials
• Supporting high-volume, time-sensitive legal productions

Qualifications

• Availability for
  flexible hours
  , including
  after-hours and weekend work
  as needed
• Strong proficiency in
  document review and legal document preparation
• Hands-on experience with
  document management systems and EDRMS platforms
• Excellent
  organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to
  prioritize tasks
  , manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines
• Strong
  communication skills
  and ability to work effectively in a
  team environment
• Prior experience in a
  legal or litigation support setting
  is strongly preferred
