Plant Controller (JOB ID 1785)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Plant Controller to contribute to a growing flexible packaging manufacturing company located in Wrightstown, WI.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and implementing financial policies, procedures, and practices that directly influence site operations
• Regularly review and interpret financial data, ensuring reports are completed accurately and on schedule; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual results for both the site and consolidated financials, keeping senior leadership informed of performance and changes
• Partner with site leadership to promote strong financial performance and provide comprehensive accounting and FP&A support across all levels of the organization
• Ensure departmental objectives are aligned with the broader goals of the company
• Strengthen internal communication by helping teams understand financial priorities and performance metrics throughout the site
• Support the plant manager in managing inventory and working capital while driving ongoing improvements in these areas
• Oversee and prepare monthly and quarterly supplemental financial details, including ad hoc analyses that support reporting and guide strategic decision-making
• Lead and coordinate all audit-related activities

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in either Accounting or Finance
• Hands-on experience with full P&L management, debits and credits, inventory costing, and balance sheet oversight
• Strong background in financial reporting, budget development and analysis, general ledger management, and coordinating audit activities

Pay: $140, $175,000.00 per year
