Experienced Maintenance Technician Need

Property Management company looking for Full Time Head Maintenance Tech for a community in Albuquerque, NM Maintenance Techs are responsible for completing tasks that ensure the community meets all safety standards, site appearance standards and that all buildings, units, equipment and amenities are maintained in good working order. Maintains common areas of buildings and responds to and completes resident requests for maintenance and demonstrates a high-level of customer service at all times. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and residents. 2. Ability and skills to perform maintenance in any or all of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, cleaning, minor roofing, furnace and air conditioning repair. 3. Excellent customer service skills. 4. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively. 5. Ability to effectively work on a team and contribute to team goals. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Prior maintenance experience working in the apartment industry or similar industry preferred
