About Us: Utilitac Equipment and Upfitting is a fast-growing equipment sales, service, and upfitting company serving commercial clients across multiple industries. We're expanding quickly and looking for a motivated, creative marketing professional to help elevate our brand, drive engagement, and support our sales initiatives.

Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a rapidly developing company. The position is part-time to start, with a strong possibility of becoming full-time as our marketing and sales needs expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital advertising.
• Capture and edit photos/videos of products, builds, and shop activity.
• Maintain and update website content and listings for equipment and vehicles.
• Coordinate email newsletters and customer outreach.
• Support trade shows, events, and local marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to highlight new products, services, and projects.
• Track marketing analytics and provide performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (or strong portfolio demonstrating ability).
• Strong social media management skills.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Comfortable working in a shop environment to capture content.

Hours & Compensation:

• Part-time: Approximately 5–15 hours per week to start.
• Potential transition to full-time within a few months based on performance and growth.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
