Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage engineering projects from conception through to successful completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize product manufacturability and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resource planning, and strategic technology roadmap.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Strong background in applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
• Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP) and PLM systems
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
