Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment or adjustment.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.
  • Must be able to perform occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of inventory control best practices and logistics operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
