Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick orders accurately using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other stock management activities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks up to 50 pounds regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
