Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control and cycle count activities.
- Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting items up to 40 pounds.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily operational and logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the work shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles and practices.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
