Picker/Packer

Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Omaha, Nebraska! We are seeking individuals who are organized, efficient, and committed to quality fulfillment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory and packing them for shipment to our valued customers. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and dispatched promptly. We maintain a strong focus on Safety and teamwork. If you are looking for a hands-on role with opportunities for growth, this is a great starting point. Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

• Accurately pick items from designated locations based on order details.
• Inspect picked items to ensure they match the order and are in good condition.
• Pack items securely and appropriately using provided materials.
• Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
• Stage packed orders for outgoing shipment.
• Assist in receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all Safety guidelines are met.
• Wear and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics process.

Must be able to perform regular Lifting of items up to 35 pounds. Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing. Ability to work at a steady pace in a warehouse environment. Basic knowledge of logistics procedures is beneficial. Demonstrated commitment to Safety. Must be able to stand, walk, and move repetitively throughout the shift. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
