You will be responsible for locating and retrieving products, verifying order accuracy, and packing items securely for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for defects or inaccuracies before packing.
- Package orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Operate hand-held scanners and update inventory systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock audits.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team efficiency goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures strictly and wear required PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
