Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves accurately based on order lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate scanning equipment and update inventory systems.
- Maintain organized workstations and contribute to warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
