We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping items, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring that products reach our customers reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment.
- Packing goods securely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Participating in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Adhering to all company safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Following best practices for Lifting and material handling to prevent injuries.
- Contributing to the overall success of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE.
- Dependable and punctual.
