We are expanding our team and looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our logistics hub in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is essential for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately using order lists or scanning equipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Understand and contribute to efficient logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics. Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all PPE requirements is essential.
