Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Orlando, Florida! This role is integral to the smooth operation of our distribution center, supporting our extensive logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
- Put away received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles and work areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
- Adhere to safe lifting practices and material handling protocols.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Basic computer skills for WMS operation. Must be reliable and punctual. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Good communication skills are beneficial. This role requires physical stamina, including standing and walking for extended periods.
