Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory locations.
  • Load and unload merchandise from trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
  • Adhere to proper lifting techniques and safe material handling practices.
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations is a plus. Must be reliable and punctual. This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
