Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, identify, and process incoming shipments.
- Stage products for picking and ensure correct inventory placement.
- Pick products from shelves and prepare them for shipment, ensuring order accuracy.
- Pack items securely for transit, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Comply with all lifting and handling guidelines to ensure workplace safety.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during shifts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus. Must be reliable and able to work assigned shifts. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this role.
