We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. Your primary duties will include receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will work with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specified requirements.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to minimize errors and ensure high-quality output.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
- Adhere to proper lifting techniques and use appropriate lifting aids when necessary.
- Wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure safety.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions. This role requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Excellent communication skills are beneficial. Understanding of basic inventory control principles is advantageous. Must be at least 18 years of age.
