Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Dallas, Texas, and be a key player in our thriving logistics operations. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods through our distribution center. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace Safety. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team to meet daily operational goals. Safety is paramount, and adherence to all protocols is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load trucks for outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning Safety.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow in our logistics hub.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to management promptly.
- Uphold high standards of performance and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Capability to handle moderate Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all safety guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual.
