Our growing logistics company is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain efficient logistics flow.
- Perform regular tasks involving lifting and moving materials, following safe lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations.
