We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our bustling facility in Miami, Florida. This role is essential for the timely and accurate processing of goods moving through our **logistics** network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from receiving and storing products to picking and preparing orders for shipment. A strong focus on **safety**, efficiency, and accuracy is required.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Accurately stock merchandise in assigned warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) as needed, after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment, adhering to all **safety** guidelines.
- Participate in **inventory** control activities, including cycle counts.
- Ensure all **PPE** is worn correctly as required by company policy and **safety** regulations.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Support the overall **logistics** operations of the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical requirements, including **Lifting** up to 50 pounds regularly, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Dedication to workplace **safety** and following all procedures.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE** at all times.
