We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, picking and staging orders, and conducting daily equipment inspections. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. This role may involve frequent lifting of materials weighing up to 50 pounds. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management is beneficial.
