You will work closely with warehouse staff, management, and other departments to ensure data integrity and optimize stock flow. A strong understanding of inventory management systems and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including the use of PPE, are essential. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Reconcile stock levels with system records.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure efficient stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure correct usage of required PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse/logistics role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
