Join our dynamic team as a Picker/Packer in Provo, Utah! This role is critical to our efficient order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from our inventory and meticulously packing them for shipment. This position requires an individual with a strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily quotas and maintain high standards of quality and safety. This is a great opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications using scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for any damages or defects.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and general warehouse area.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate hand trucks and other lifting devices as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
