We are hiring a proactive Fulfillment Associate for our Omaha, Nebraska distribution center. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will handle various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from picking items off shelves to packing them for shipment. This position requires someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to meet daily targets and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Replenish inventory in pick locations as needed.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including receiving and stocking.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
